  • 作者简介:胡开进，医学博士、教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任第四军医大学口腔外科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会牙槽外科学组组长、颞下颌关节疾病及牙合学专业委员会委员，全军激光委员会委员，《牙体牙髓牙周病学杂志》、《实用口腔医学杂志》编委等职。主要从事颞下颌关节疾病及牙与牙槽外科疾患的临床、教学和科研工作。发表论文100余篇，出版专著20余部（主编及主译8部）。主持国家、军队、省部和院校级基金项目15项。获国家、军队、省部级奖励13项。国家精品课程主讲教授、全军育才奖、第四军医大学十佳中青教师获得者。荣立三等功1次。

摘要： 口腔局部麻醉并发症是指在口腔局部麻醉过程中及麻醉后，由局部麻醉方法、局麻药品或患者自身因素引起的一系列症状或疾病，可分为局部并发症和全身并发症。不同的患者对口腔局部麻醉有着不一样的反应，会出现很多难以避免的并发症。本文就口腔局部麻醉并发症的原因、临床表现、临床处理方法和预防措施做一阐述。

Abstract: Complications of oral local anesthesia refer to a series of symptoms and diseases which are caused by local anesthesia，dental local anesthetic drugs or the patients' own factors during the process of local anesthesia and after it. Complications of oral local anesthesia can be divided into local complications and systematic complications. Different patients have different reactions to local anesthesia，so complications are inevitable. This article will introduce complications of oral local anesthesia in detail，including the causes of complications，the clinical manifestations，clinical treatment methods and precautionary measures.
