虚拟现实技术在儿童口腔治疗行为管理中的应用

  • 作者简介:郁葱，医学博士，主任医师，副教授，硕士研究生导师，德国Münster大学附属医院访问学者。现任重庆医科大学附属口腔医院麻醉科和舒适牙科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会镇静镇痛专业委员会副主任委员、口腔麻醉学专业委员会常务委员，中国心胸血管麻醉学会围术期基础与转化医学分会委员，中华医学会麻醉学分会五官科麻醉学组成员，重庆市医学会麻醉学专业委员会委员，重庆医师协会麻醉学医师分会委员。从事口腔临床麻醉及无痛治疗专业工作19年。承担多项重庆市科委、重庆市卫健委科研课题。发表科研论文20余篇，其中SCI收录10篇。主编专著2部，参编专著2部。

摘要： 牙科焦虑症表现为患者在口腔诊治时感到紧张、焦虑和害怕。DA在儿童时期的发生率很高，相当一部分患儿因恐惧口腔治疗而拒绝配合医生诊治，导致病情延误，甚至可能成为长久的心理创伤。随着科技的快速发展，虚拟现实技术正逐渐应用于各领域，因其具有沉浸感、想象性和交互性等特征，适用于口腔门诊儿童的非药物性行为管理，从而提升患儿口腔治疗的依从性。文章通过具体临床研究阐述VR技术在儿童口腔治疗行为管理中的应用。

Abstract: Dental anxiety（DA）refers to the anxiety and fear of patients in the process of dental diagnosis and treatment. The incidence of DA in childhood is very high，and quite a number of children can not cooperate well with doctors because of their fear of dentistry，thus delaying the condition，bringing long-term psychological trauma to the children. As a fast-developing high-tech，virtual reality（VR）is stepping into various fields. Because of its immersion，imagination，and interaction，it is suitable for children′s non-drug behavior management in dental clinics，thus improving children′s compliance with dental treatment. This article reviews the application of VR technology in oral treatment behavior management of  children by a clinical research.
