对国际儿童口腔行为诱导指南的理解和借鉴

  • 作者简介:郁葱，医学博士，主任医师，副教授，硕士研究生导师，德国Münster大学附属医院访问学者。现任重庆医科大学附属口腔医院麻醉科和舒适牙科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会镇静镇痛专业委员会副主任委员、口腔麻醉学专业委员会常务委员，中国心胸血管麻醉学会围术期基础与转化医学分会委员，中华医学会麻醉学分会五官科麻醉学组成员，重庆市医学会麻醉学专业委员会委员，重庆医师协会麻醉学医师分会委员。从事口腔临床麻醉及无痛治疗专业工作20年。承担多项重庆市科委、重庆市卫健委科研课题。发表科研论文20余篇，其中SCI收录12篇。主编专著2部，参编专著2部。参与制定国家卫健委《全身麻醉及镇静下儿童牙齿治疗技术管理》专业标准。

摘要： 理解和借鉴美国儿童牙科学会制定的儿童口腔行为诱导指南，采用科学的方法评价指南的质量，分析总结指南建议的共识，为儿童行为管理的临床实践提供循证依据，对国内的儿童口腔临床实践有重要的意义。文章介绍该指南，希望更好地为临床工作的开展进行指导。

Abstract: It is of great significance for the pediatric dental practice in China to understand and draw lessons from International Reference Manual for Behavior Guidance for the Pediatric Dental Patient by American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry（AAPD），evaluate the quality of the guidelines by scientific methods，analyze and summarize the consensus of the guidelines，and provide evidence-based basis for the pediatric dental practice. This article introduces the guidelines，hoping to guide the clinical work better.
