66 127例儿童口腔急诊病例回顾分析

摘要: 目的    分析儿童口腔急诊患者就诊特点和疾病类型,为提高儿童口腔急诊医疗质量提供依据。方法    选择2017—2020年于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院就诊的儿童口腔急诊患者66 127例,收集患者性别、年龄、就诊时间、诊断等资料进行回顾性分析。应用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析。结果    儿童口腔急诊患者男女比例为1.54∶1,平均年龄6.7岁。就诊量最高为2019年10月,最低为2020年2月,最高时间段为21:00—22:00。儿童口腔急诊病种构成比较高的前3类为颌面外伤(59.44%)、牙外伤(13.08%)和面部感染(10.86%)。结论 儿童口腔急诊患者数量大,就诊时间集中且病种较多。口腔急诊医生需掌握常见病种的诊断与应急处理。学校教师、家长及社会人群等应提高对儿童颌面部外伤、龋病及其他常见口腔疾病的关注,提高预防意识。

Abstract: Objective    To analyze the clinical data of pediatric dental emergency cases and the types of diseases,and provide clinical evidence for improving the quality of oral emergency treatment. Methods    A total of 66 127 patients visiting pediatric dental emergency department from 2017 to 2020 were selected from Shanghai Ninth People′s Hospital and analyzed retrospectively concerning gender,age,time of visit and diagnosis. The results were analyzed with chi-square test by SPSS 19.0. Results    The ratio of boys to girls was 1.54∶1 with an average age of 6.7 years old. The highest visit month was October 2019,and the lowest was February 2020. The peak time of oral emergency was 9pm to 10pm. The top three diseases were maxillofacial injury(59.44%),dental trauma (13.08%)and facial infection(10.86%). Conclusion    There is a wide range of diseases and a large number of patients in pediatric dental emergency and the visiting time is concentrated. Dentists for emergency need to master the diagnosis and emergency treatment of common dental emergency diseases. Teachers,parents and ordinary people should pay more attention to children′s maxillofacial trauma,caries and other common oral diseases in order to improve their awareness of prevention.
