牙外伤的诊断及规范化应急处理

  • 作者简介:陈永进，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任第四军医大学口腔医学院急诊与综合临床科主任。兼任国际牙医师学院院士、国际牙外伤协会核心专家组成员（中国惟一）、中华口腔医学会颞下颌关节病及学专业委员会常务委员、陕西省口腔医学会副会长兼秘书长等职。近5年承担国家及省部级课题12项，主编和参编专著5部，发表SCI收录论文30篇。获军队科技进步二等奖2项。擅长口腔疑难病症的综合诊治，在国内率先开展国际标准化牙外伤序列治疗。

摘要：

牙外伤是口腔急诊常见疾病。目前，国内在牙外伤诊治方面存在理念陈旧、临床处置不规范等问题。本文结合最新国际牙外伤协会指南，对牙外伤概念、临床特征、分类、规范化治疗理念以及各类型牙外伤应急处理原则进行系统阐述，以期规范我国牙外伤治疗，提高国内牙外伤诊治水平。

Abstract:

Dental trauma is a common dental emergency disease， but its diagnosis and treatment are still lack of standardization in China compared with the international. Hence， under the direction of international dental trauma guidelines，we explained clinical features， classification， the domestic treatment process， standardized treatment process and emergency treatment in this article to improve the treatment level for this kind of disease in our country.
