牙齿美学修复印模技术

  • 作者简介:江泳，医学博士、副主任医师。于1988年考入北京医科大学首届7年制口腔医学专业学习，1995年获北京医科大学口腔医学院（现北京大学口腔医学院）硕士学位，2003年获北京大学口腔医学院博士学位。现任北京大学口腔医学院综合二科主任及教育处处长。在长期的临床及教学工作中形成了自己的专业特长：前牙美学修复、大面积牙体缺损的固定修复、可摘局部义齿修复、牙周病的矫形治疗等。作为第一作者发表论文10余篇。

摘要：

提要：牙齿美学修复是当今临床工作中的一个热点，作为修复流程中的基础，印模的制取将直接影响修复体的质量。要制取合乎标准的印模，必须了解美学修复印模的特点、印模前龈组织的处理、印模材料的特性及其操作要点，从院内感染控制的角度，还应重视对印模的消毒工作。

Abstract:

Summary：The demand for esthetic rehabilitation of teeth has grown considerably during the past years. Being one of the bases throughout the entire manufacturing process， impression technique definitely influences quality of an esthetic restoration. In order to make an ideal impression， we must grasp the characteristics of esthetic rehabilitation， gingival retraction， impression materials and impression operation. At the same time， we must pay much more attention to disinfection of impressions.
