瓷贴面修复临床应用

  • 作者简介:樊聪，医学博士、主任医师。1988年毕业于北京医科大学，之后一直在北京大学口腔医院修复科从事修复临床和教学工作。现任中华医学会医学美学与美容学分会委员，口腔学组副组长；中国医师协会美容与整形医师分会委员；中华医学美学美容杂志编委；北京市医学会医疗事故技术鉴定专家；国家执业医师临床技能考试考官。长期以来，致力于口腔美学修复，尤其擅长前牙瓷贴面及全瓷修复。曾发表相关文章10余篇，参编、参译多部美学修复专业著作。

摘要：

提要：瓷贴面修复是一种保存性治疗手段，近年已被广泛用于临床。可用于治疗变色牙；修复轻、中度釉质及牙体缺损；关闭前牙间隙；纠正轻度错位、异位及发育畸形牙。但是，在临床应用时对不同情况患者的治疗方案有待进一步归纳总结，对临床牙体制备型的选择及粘接贴面的流程须要进行规范，本文拟对瓷贴面在临床应用中遇到的相关问题进行探讨。

Abstract:

Summary：Ceramic veneer restoration is a conservative treatment technique and has been widely used in the clinical practice. Its indications include restoring the discoloration teeth， minimum tooth structure loss， anterior tooth space， malformation small teeth and congenital tooth missing. However， in the clinical practice， the treatment methods for those different patient conditions need to be further reviewed. In addition， the selection of tooth preparation types and the luting process of veneer restoration need to be normalized. The objective of this article is to discuss the relative issues in the clinical practice of ceramic veneer restoration.
