牙齿美学修复的美学分析与设计

  • 作者简介:谭建国，医学博士、主任医师。1988年毕业于山东医科大学口腔医学系，1994年获北京医科大学口腔医学院口腔修复学博士学位，1999—2000年为日本昭和大学齿学部访问学者。现任北京大学口腔医学院修复科副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔修复学专业委员会常务委员兼秘书，北京海淀医学会医疗事故鉴定专家。主要科研方向为固定修复的生物力学研究、牙本质粘接的研究、牙齿的美学修复研究等。临床专业特长：固定义齿修复、牙齿美学修复、牙周病夹板修复。

摘要：

提要：目前牙齿美学修复是口腔临床中的热点。在对前牙美学缺陷患者的修复治疗中，最重要的是要检查获取患者全部相关的牙齿美学信息，分析患者美学缺陷中的问题，最后做出正确的美学修复设计。本文讨论有关前牙美学修复中前牙美学分析和美学设计中常用的方法、4个重要的美学参数以及露龈笑的病因和治疗 。

Abstract:

Summary：Today the dental esthetic rehabilitation is a very hot subject in dental clinics. When treating a patient with esthetic problems in anterior teeth， the most important thing is to collect all the data concerning the dental esthetic of the patient， analyze all the esthetic problems and formulate the esthetic design of the rehabilitation. This paper discusses four important esthetic parameters in anterior teeth esthetic rehabilitation， the etiology and treatment of gummy smile， and the methods used in dental esthetic analysis and design.
