提升全口义齿固位的临床策略

  • 作者简介:张玉梅，医学博士、教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任空军军医大学第三附属医院口腔修复科副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔修复专业委员会常务委员、口腔材料学专业委员会常务委员，《实用口腔医学杂志》、《上海口腔医学》、《口腔材料与器械杂志》和《牙体牙髓牙周病学杂志》编委。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目5项。发表学术论文100余篇，其中被SCI收录60余篇。主编《全口义齿临床修复规范》1部，主译《全口义齿原理与实践》等专著2部，参与全国规划教材《口腔修复学》第7版全口义齿部分的编写。参与获得军队医疗成果一等奖1项，陕西省科技进步一等奖、二等奖、三等奖各1项。获批国家发明专利3项，实用新型专利1项。获解放军总后勤部优秀教师荣誉称号、军队院校育才银奖等。

摘要：

固位是全口义齿正常行使功能的前提。全口义齿固位的基本理论一直以来没有大的变化，但随着牙科材料和修复技术的不断发展，使全口义齿的固位原理得到更加充分的临床应用。文章在回顾全口义齿固位原理的基础上，从印模与模型的制取、人工牙的选择与排列、基托材料的选择及个性化基托形态的形成等方面介绍了提升全口义齿固位力的临床策略。

Abstract:

The normal function of complete denture is greatly based on retention. The basic theory of the retention of complete denture has not changed much. However，with the development of dental materials and restoration technologies，the principles of retention in complete denture have been more fully realized. In this article，the principles of retention in complete denture are reviewed. Moreover，the clinical strategies affecting retention in complete denture are also introduced from the aspects of the preparation of impression and model，the selection and arrangement of artificial teeth，the material selection for denture base and the individualized surface formations.
