无牙颌全口义齿咬合重建的关键问题

  • 作者简介:孟玉坤，医学博士、副教授、硕士研究生导师。现任四川大学华西口腔医学院修复学系副主任。1997毕业于原华西医科大学口腔七年制专业，获口腔医学学士及硕士学位；2000年获华西医科大学口腔临床医学博士学位。兼任中华口腔医学会修复学专业委员会委员，四川省医学美容及美容医师协会青年委员。目前研究方向主要包括全瓷修复材料及技术、牙科色彩学和牙科精密铸造技术。临床主攻方向为口腔固定修复、美学修复技术。已发表学术论文26篇，其中SCI收录4篇。参编专著2部。获四川省科技进步三等奖1项。

摘要：

提要：伴随牙列缺失的是咬合关系的丧失，无牙颌患者采用全口义齿修复的过程也是一个全口咬合重建的过程。咬合重建所涉及到的关于颌位、牙合型选择以及重建的咬合应该满足的要求等关键问题也同样适用于全口义齿。正确理解以上关键问题，在全口义齿修复中正确应用这些概念，对保证全口义齿修复水平，保持口颌系统的健康十分重要。本文就无牙颌全口义齿咬合重建中涉及到的相关问题进行了探讨，以期对全口义齿临床修复起到一定的促进作用。

Abstract:

Summary：With the losing of articulation，mastication functions of full edentulous patients are severely compromised. Since the treatment of full edentulism is also a process of full mouth occlusion rehabilitation，those critical factors，such as jaw relations，occlusal schemes and requirements on occlusion， are imperative to occlusal reconstruction with full dentures. Comprehensive understanding and proper application of these factors of occlusion rehabilitation are mandatory to the clinical outcome of the prosthesis and the health of the stomatognathic system. This article tries to make a discussion on some important influencing factors related to the occlusal rehabilitation of full edentulism with conventional complete dentures，based on which clinical outcome of rehabilitation are expected to be improved.
