无牙颌种植修复的美学思考

  • 作者简介:马楚凡，博士、教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任空军军医大学口腔医学院修复学教研室主任、空军军医大学特色医学中心口腔科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔美学专业委员会副主任委员、口腔修复学专业委员会常务委员，陕西省口腔医学会口腔修复学专业委员会常务委员、口腔种植学专业委员会常务委员，教育部博士、硕士研究生论文评审专家，国家自然科学基金评审专家等。空军高层次科技人才，2021年陕西省科技创新团队主要负责人。临床特色和研究方向为：牙齿美学设计与修复、口腔种植、附着体义齿。主持国家、军队、省部级研究课题多项。发表学术论文50余篇，参编国家“十三五”规划教材《口腔修复学》（第8版）、全国高等学校研究生规划教材《口腔固定修复学》，主译、副主译专著4部。

摘要： 无牙颌种植修复相较传统全口义齿可极大改善义齿的固位与稳定，从而更加有效地恢复无牙颌患者的咀嚼效率，提升生活质量，目前已成为无牙颌患者理想的治疗手段。无牙颌患者的种植修复已从单纯功能恢复的阶段进入功能与美学并重的时代。如何获得可预期的美学修复效果，涉及治疗过程中的诸多环节，包括术前美学分析、种植方案决策及治疗实施等。文章就无牙颌患者种植修复中常见的美学缺陷、种植修复设计及实现、易犯错误等进行阐述，旨在为临床无牙颌种植修复提供一定参考。

Abstract: Compared with the complete denture，edentulous implant restoration can improve the retention and stability of denture and improve masticatory efficiency and life quality，which has become an ideal treatment for edentulous patients. The concept of implant restoration in edentulous patients has changed from recovery of function only to recovery of both function and aesthetics. How to achieve expected aesthetic effect involves all the process，including aesthetic analysis，designing the implant planning and treatment. This article expounds the common aesthetic defects，design of implant restoration and common mistakes in the treatment of edentulous patients in order to provide some reference for clinicians in the edentulous implant restoration.
