无牙颌种植固定修复的并发症及风险防控

  • 作者简介:顾新华，口腔医学博士、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任浙江大学医学院口腔医学院副院长、附属第一医院口腔医学中心副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会理事、口腔种植专业委员会常务委员、口腔修复专业委员会常务委员，中国医师协会口腔医师分会委员，浙江省口腔医学会副会长；国际牙医师学院（ICD）院士，国际口腔种植学会专家组成员（ITI Fellow），法兰克福大学种植硕士（MOI）导师等。发表学术论文60余篇，其中近5年作为第一及通讯作者发表SCI论文14篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、浙江省自然科学基金项目5 项。作为第一完成人获浙江省科学技术奖三等奖1项，省医药卫生科技奖二、三等奖各1项，国家发明专利3项。

摘要： 随着医学技术和社会经济的发展，无牙颌种植即刻固定修复已在临床上广泛应用。这一技术尽管存在着许多优点，然而同样也存在着广泛的机械、生物、美学及外科并发症。文章就无牙颌种植固定修复的并发症及相关因素进行探讨，并提出有效的风险防控措施，为无牙颌患者种植即刻固定修复及最终永久修复的合理设计、安全实施提供参考。

Abstract: With the development of medical technology and social economy，the immediate fixed restoration of edentulous jaw implants has been widely used clinically. However，despite the advantages of this technology，there is also a wide range of mechanical，biological，aesthetic and surgical complications. In this paper，the complications and related factors of edentulous mandibular implants and immediate fixation were discussed，and effective risk prevention and control measures were proposed to provide reference for the reasonable design and safe implementation of immediate and permanent fixation and restoration for edentulous patients.
