  • 作者简介:包扬，医学博士。现任中国医科大学口腔医学院修复科副主任。1986年毕业于中国医科大学口腔系，1994—1999年留学于日本爱媛大学。目前从事口腔修复学的医疗、教学、科研工作，具有丰富的临床经验和理论知识。擅长固定义齿、活动义齿、全口义齿、牙齿美容修复及口腔摄影等。承担省级科研项目1项。

摘要：

提要：采取印模是制作全口义齿的第一步，是成功镶复全口义齿的关键。准确的印模，要反映口腔解剖形态和周围组织生理功能活动范围，以使基托与口腔黏膜高度密合，边缘封闭，从而取得良好的固位。本文从无牙颌剩余牙槽嵴解剖特点、无牙颌印模要求、制取印模前准备及常用印模方法几方面全面阐述了全口义齿印模技术。

Abstract:

Summary：Taking impression is the first step and the key to complete denture fabrication. Accurate impressions must reflect the anatomic shape and movement of residual ridge and tissue around so that it is beneficial for increasing the retention，seal and comfort. This article describes the complete denture impression technique based on the anatomic feature of residual ridge，the request of edentulous impression，the preparation and techniques of impression taken.
