基于重点实验室平台的口腔医学研究生医工交叉联合培养路径探索

摘要: 依托重大科研平台开展学科交叉研究,是培养复合型口腔医学创新人才的重要途径。中国医科大学口腔医学院通过组建医工交叉科研团队、建立双导师联合培养制度、优化资源配置,同时依托辽宁省口腔疾病重点实验室,实现了跨学科的深度融合,形成了系统性科研与临床培训相结合的口腔医学研究生创新培养机制。文章从理论构建与实践应用2个方面展开,系统阐述了该联合培养机制平台建设的学科交叉性、导师团队的复合型知识结构及培养过程中临床转化导向的核心特色,详细解析了双导师指导制度、阶段性培养方案及多维考核体系等关键要素,论证其在资源整合效能、创新能力提升及科研成果转化中的优势,展望了该机制在未来促进多学科交叉融合及推动研究生国际化教育中的应用前景,以期为高水平口腔医学人才培养提供理论依据和实践范式。

Abstract: Relying on major scientific research platforms to carry out interdisciplinary research is an important approach to cultivating innovative talents in composite dentistry. The School of Stomatology of China Medical University has achieved deep interdisciplinary integration by forming medical-engineering collaborative scientific research teams,establishing a dual- supervisor joint training system and optimizing resource allocation,all supported by the Liaoning Provincial Key Laboratory of Oral Diseases. Thus an innovative cultivation mechanism for postgraduate dentistry that combines systematic research and clinical training is developed. This study is carried out in both theoretical construction and practical application:firstly,this paper systematically elaborates the interdisciplinary nature of the platform,the compound knowledge structure of the tutor team,and the core features of the clinical translation orientation in the training process;secondly,it analyzes in detail the key elements of the dual-supervisor mentoring system,the stage-by-stage cultivation program and the multidimensional assessment system,and demonstrates the advantages of this mechanism in the efficiency of resource integration,the enhancement of innovation ability and the transformation of scientific research results;finally,the paper explores the future prospects of this mechanism in promoting multidisciplinary integration and advancing the internationalization of graduate education. The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation and a practical paradigm for the cultivation of high-level dentistry talents.
