从进修医生视角看北京大学口腔医学院牙周进修教学的内涵与模式转变

摘要: 牙周进修教学是推广规范化牙周治疗理念和治疗技术的重要教学形式,对于快速提升区域牙周诊疗水平有着重大意义。北京大学口腔医学院·口腔医院(以下简称“北大口腔”)有着30余年的牙周进修医生教学经验,对于我国牙周病学继续教育事业的发展起着举足轻重的引领作用。南昌大学第二附属医院20年间分批派遣医生至北大口腔牙周科进修。文章以两代进修医生的视角比较北大口腔牙周进修教学的内涵与模式转变,折射出临床牙周病学专业的发展特点,也为新时代牙周进修医生与时俱进制定学习目标、合理规划学习计划和持续提升临床胜任力提供参考。

Abstract: The periodontal training program is an essential format for promoting standardized periodontal treatment concepts and techniques,which is of great significance in rapidly increasing regional periodontal diagnosis and treatment levels. Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology(hereinafter referred to as "PKU Stomatology")has over 30 years of experience in training postgraduate students in periodontology,playing a pivotal role in advancing continuing education in periodontology across China. Over the past two decades,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University has sent physicians in batches to Department of Periodontology of PKU Stomatology for advanced studies. This article compares the connotation and model transformations of periodontal training of PKU Stomatology from the perspectives of two generations of trainees,reflecting the developmental characteristics of clinical periodontology. It also provides references for contemporary periodontal trainees to establish learning objectives that align with current advancements,plan their study schedules in a proper way,and enhance their clinical competencies continuously.
