数字化技术在儿童口腔医学中的应用

摘要: 数字化技术即计算机辅助技术,是一种通过计算机、网络和传感器等手段对信息进行数字化处理、存储、传输和呈现的技术。随着科学技术的不断进步,数字化技术在医学领域中的应用取得了迅猛的发展。儿童口腔医学涉及多学科的交叉融合,不同阶段的儿童牙列变化复杂,且儿童配合程度相对较低,这为其诊疗过程增加了诸多难度。近年来,数字化技术在儿童口腔医学中的应用使诊疗模式向舒适化、个性化及精准化的方向转变,对提高儿童配合度、增强临床治疗效果及诊疗效率具有重要的临床意义。文章就近年来数字化技术在儿童行为管理、儿童错牙合畸形治疗、儿童口腔外科治疗、儿童牙齿缺损修复及儿童间隙管理中的应用做一综述。

Abstract: Digital technology,also known as computer-aided technology,is a kind of digital processing,storage,transmission and presentation of information by means of computers,networks and sensors. The continuous advancement of science and technology has led to the  fast development in the application of digital technology in the medical field. Pediatric dentistry involves the cross-fusion of multiple disciplines. The complexities of dentition changes in children at various developmental stages,coupled with the typically low level of cooperation from pediatric patients,present significant challenges in the diagnosis and treatment process. In recent years,the application of digital technology in pediatric stomatology has transformed the diagnosis and treatment mode to the direction of comfort,personalization and precision,which has important clinical significance for improving children′s cooperation,enhancing clinical treatment effect and improving diagnosis and treatment efficiency. This article provides a comprehensive review of the application of digital technology in children′s behavior management,malocclusion treatment,oral surgery,dental defect repair and space management.
