摘要: 桩核修复体常用于根管治疗后的大面积牙体缺损修复。目前,金属铸造桩核及预成纤维桩+树脂核是口腔临床常用的桩核修复体,其各有优势和局限性。近年来,随着口腔数字化技术飞速发展,数字化个性化桩核修复技术已逐渐在口腔临床中应用。文章就数字化个性化桩核的材料、制备方法、性能特点等相关研究进展做一综述,为口腔临床医生制定更全面的修复方案提供参考。

Abstract: The post-and-core is a widely accepted method to restore endodontically treated teeth with compromised tooth structure. Currently,cast metal post-and-core systems and prefabricated fiber posts combined with composite resin cores are the most frequently options in dental clinical practice,but both also come with advantages and limitations. The development of customized post-and-cores fabricated with digital technology represents one of the significant trends in the advancement of dentistry. This review provides an overview of the material compositions,fabrication methods,properties and related research progress pertaining to customized post-and-cores fabricated with digital technology,aiming to provide reference for clinical dentists to formulate more comprehensive restoration regimen.
