数字化技术在牙槽骨增量中应用研究进展

摘要: 牙周炎、外伤、肿瘤等常造成牙槽骨缺损,而骨量充足的牙槽骨是种植治疗获得良好临床效果和长期预后的条件。因此,牙槽骨修复与再生对重建口腔功能具有重要意义。常见的骨增量方法有引导骨再生、Onlay植骨、牙槽骨劈开术、上颌窦底提升术等。随着数字化技术的发展,牙槽骨增量技术也逐渐实现了精准化、微创化效果。文章主要就数字化技术在牙槽骨增量中应用研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Alveolar ridge defects are often caused by periodontitis,trauma,and tumor,etc. Adequate alveolar bone is a prerequisite for good clinical outcomes and long-term prognosis after implantation.Therefore,effective repair and regeneration of alveolar bone has great significance for reconstruction of oral function. The commonly used bone augmentation techniques include guided bone regeneration,Onlay bone grafting,alveolar bone grafting, maxillary sinus floor elevation and so on. The development of digital technology enables alveolar bone augmentation to achieve precise and minimally invasive effect. This paper mainly reviews the research progress of application of digital technology in alveolar bone augmentation.
