镁基材料在口腔生物屏障膜中的应用研究进展

摘要: 理想的生物屏障膜通常需要具备良好的生物相容性、机械性能、可操作性及空间维持能力,而传统的生物屏障膜无法同时满足机械强度高和降解可控性等临床需求,有待研发一种新型生物屏障膜材料。镁基材料由于机械性能良好,在人体内可降解,可作为新一代生物屏障膜材料,但其尚处于研究探索阶段。文章就镁基材料应用于口腔生物屏障膜中的性能优势及不足做一阐述,为其临床转化提供科学依据。

Abstract: The ideal biological barrier membrane usually requires good biocompatibility,mechanical properties,maneuverability and spatial maintenance,but the traditional biological barrier membrane can not meet the clinical needs of high mechanical strength and controllable degradation. A new type of biological barrier membrane material needs to be developed. Magnesium-based materials can be used as a new generation of biological barrier membrane materials because of their good mechanical properties and biodegradability in human body,but they are still in the stage of research and exploration. This paper describes the advantages and disadvantages of magnesium-based materials in oral biological barrier membrane,so as to provide scientific basis for its clinical application.
