甲基丙烯酰化明胶水凝胶治疗牙周病的研究进展

摘要： 牙周病是一种高患病率的炎症感染性疾病，可导致牙周组织破坏；牙周局部治疗药物一直是其研究热点。甲基丙烯酰化明胶（gelatin methacryloyl，GelMA）水凝胶，因可控的理化性质、良好的生物相容性及可降解性等特性而广泛应用于抗菌药物递送和骨、软骨等组织再生中，可作为一种优异的牙周局部缓释剂。文章就近年来GelMA水凝胶在抑制牙周炎相关致病菌和牙周炎症进展，以及促进牙周组织再生中作用的研究进展做一综述，为GelMA水凝胶在牙周病治疗中的临床应用提供参考。

Abstract: Periodontal disease is an inflammatory infectious disease with high prevalence that can lead to destruction of periodontal tissues. Topical periodontal therapeutic agents have always been a hotspot in its treatment. Gelatin methacryloyl（GelMA）hydrogel，widely used in antimicrobial drug delivery and regeneration of bone，cartilage and other tissues due to its controllable physicochemical properties，good biocompatibility and degradability，can be used as an excellent periodontal topical slow-release agent. This paper reviews the research progress of GelMA hydrogel in recent years in inhibiting periodontitis-causing bacteria and the progression of periodontal inflammation，and its role in promoting the regeneration of periodontal tissues，aiming to provide a reference for the clinical application of GelMA hydrogel in the treatment of periodontal diseases.
