摘要: 近年来,美观舒适的无托槽隐形矫治器日益受到患者青睐;隐形矫治器用膜片材料亦备受关注。相关研究表明,膜片的初始应力、应力松弛、硬度、弹性模量及吸水性等性能受材料种类和理化结构等自身因素,以及热成型和老化等外界因素的影响。与正畸临床需求的理想材料相比,当前的隐形矫治器用热压膜膜片性能尚存在不足,通过共混改性、表面改性及改变材料层数等方法进行改良是关注焦点和研究热点。因此,文章就隐形矫治器用膜片性能及其影响因素的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: In recent years,aesthetic and comfortable clear aligners have been increasingly favored by patients. Thermoplastic materials,as the main material for clear aligners,have attracted widespread attention. The study on the properties of thermoplastic materials shows that the stress release,stress relaxation,hardness,elastic modulus and water absorption are affected by self-factors such as the type of materials and physical and chemical structure,and external factors such as thermoforming and aging. Compared with the ideal orthodontic thermoplastic materials,the properties of existing thermoplastic materials are still imperfect. Improving thermoplastic materials properties through blending modification,surface modification,and changing the number of material layers is the focus of current research. Therefore,this article reviews the research progress in the performance of thermoplastic materials of clear aligners and the influencing factors.
