重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2在口腔骨缺损修复中的应用研究进展

摘要: 生长因子介导的骨增量手术旨在加速创口愈合和骨组织重建。重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2(recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2,rhBMP-2)具备优秀的成骨诱导能力,可刺激移植区域内成骨细胞增殖、分化和迁移,并诱导新骨形成,从而修复骨缺损。在严重的骨组织缺损中,应用rhBMP-2与传统侵入性手术方法相比具备一定优势。多项临床研究评估了rhBMP-2在不同临床应用中的效果,包括牙槽嵴保存术、上颌窦底提升术、牙槽嵴骨增量及种植同期骨增量。与传统治疗方法相比,rhBMP-2能够加速创口愈合、缓解疼痛、促进移植区域的血管生成,从而诱导大量新骨形成,提高种植手术成功率,并确保种植体的长期稳定性。文章就rhBMP-2在口腔骨缺损修复中的应用研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Growth factor-mediated bone augmentation surgery aims to accelerate wound healing and bone tissue reconstruction. Recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2(rhBMP-2)has excellent osteoinductive ability,which can stimulate the proliferation,differentiation and migration of osteoblasts in the grafted area and induce the formation of new bone,thus repairing bone defects. In severe bone tissue defects,rhBMP-2 has certain advantages over traditional invasive surgery. Several clinical studies have evaluated the efficacy of rhBMP-2 in different clinical applications,including alveolar ridge preservation,maxillary sinus floor elevation,alveolar ridge bone augmentation,and simultaneous bone augmentation in implant surgery. Compared with traditional treatments,rhBMP-2 accelerates wound healing,relieves pain,and promotes angiogenesis in the grafted area,thereby inducing the formation of a large amount of new bone,improving the success rate of implantation,and ensuring the long-term stability of the implant. This article provides a review on the research progress of rhBMP-2 in the repair of oral bone defects.
