我国牙槽骨缺损人工植骨材料的发展现状与趋势

  • 作者简介:薛洋，副教授、副主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任第四军医大学口腔医院口腔外科副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙及牙槽外科专业委员会常务委员兼学术秘书、口腔医学教育专业委员会青年委员，陕西省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会常务委员。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，发表学术论文30篇，其中以第一/通信作者发表SCI收录论文14篇。副主编/译专著3部、参编/译专著6部。陕西省优秀博士学位论文获得者。全国口腔青年教师授课技能展示“技能超群之最具人气教师”、陕西省“住院医师规范化培训优秀带教老师”、邱蔚六口腔颌面外科发展基金“希望奖”获得者。获陕西省科学技术奖一等奖、二等奖各1项，陕西省教学成果奖一等奖1项。

摘要： 炎症、创伤、肿瘤等因素导致的牙槽骨缺损会严重影响患者牙周健康，导致牙齿松动或牙列缺损，影响后期的义齿或种植修复。人工植骨材料的发展有效地解决了牙槽骨缺损这一临床常见难题。随着口腔医学的飞速发展，我国牙槽骨缺损人工植骨材料也取得了长足的进步，但在临床实践中依然存在不少缺点，这也为我国牙槽骨缺损人工植骨材料的未来发展指明方向。文章将针对我国牙槽骨缺损人工植骨材料的发展现状与趋势做一阐述。

Abstract: The alveolar bone defect caused by such factors as inflammation，trauma or tumor will cause serious damage to the periodontal health of patients，leading to loose teeth or dentition defects，and affecting the later denture restoration or implant restoration. The development of artificial bone graft materials effectively solves alveolar bone defect， which is the common clinical problem. With the rapid development of stomatology，the artificial bone graft materials for alveolar bone defect in our country have also made great progress，but there are still many shortcomings and deficiencies in clinical practice，which also shows us the way to improve the artificial bone graft materials for alveolar bone defect. This review will discuss the development status and trend of artificial materials for alveolar bone defects in our country.
