Abstract: Although the ovary of postmenopausal woman is gradually shrinking, but still have certain activity. Under the influence of many factors, it is easy to lead to the occurrence of tumors, especially ovarian malignancies, which are difficult to identify and have high mortality rates. At present, the diagnosis of ovarian tumor mainly depends on imaging and ovarian-specific tumor markers, this article introduces its diagnosis and identification diagnosis.

摘要： 绝经后女性的卵巢虽逐渐萎缩，但仍保留一些功能，在多种因素影响下容易导致肿瘤的发生，尤其是卵巢恶性肿瘤，鉴别困难，死亡率高。目前卵巢肿瘤的诊断主要依靠影像学及卵巢特异性肿瘤标志物，文章就其诊断及鉴别诊断做一介绍。
