Abstract: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD） is a common neurodevelopmental disorder in children. The comorbidity rate of ADHD is high，and there are many types of comorbidities. The existence of comorbidities often leads to serious damage to patients' social function and affects prognosis. This article introduces the common psychiatric comorbidities for ADHD in children，and discusses the treatment for common comorbidities of ADHD，further helping medical workers to have a deeper understanding of the disease and provide more targeted treatment.

摘要： 注意缺陷多动障碍（attention deficit hyperactivity disorder，ADHD）是儿童常见的一种神经发育障碍。ADHD共患病率高，共患疾病种类多，共患病的存在常导致患儿的社会功能严重损害，并影响预后。该文就儿童ADHD常见精神科共患病进行介绍，并对ADHD常见共患病的治疗进行讨论，进一步帮助医务工作者更深入地了解该病并更有针对性地治疗。
