Abstract:

With the aging population in China is accelerating，the prevalence and complexity of oral disease increases significantly in the aged. The clinical manifestations and treatment including complex conditions and increased risk of oral disease，special speech action inconvenience， accompanied with chronic systemic diseases and complicated medication，and socioeconomic factors，for instance，social security，economic conditions，both bring new challenges for oral health care and clinical treatment. Therefore，the above-mentioned facts urge clinicians to adopt different treatment concepts and strategies for the elderly oral diseases. In this article，we summarize recent advances in the treatment of common oral diseases of the elderly，namely dental caries，pulpal and periapical disease and periodontal disease.

随着我国步入老龄化社会，老年口腔疾病患病率和复杂程度大幅提高，老年人群口内病情复杂、疾病风险增加、伴有多种慢性疾病，社保、经济状况特殊，言语行动不便、复杂药物治疗情况等为口腔保健及临床治疗工作带来新挑战。因此，口腔疾病治疗时需要采用不同的理念和策略。本文将对老年人常见口腔疾病中的龋病、牙髓根尖周病和牙周病的治疗进展进行综述。
