Abstract: Temporomandibular joint can be reconstructed by orthodontic treatment. The use of cone beam computed tomography（CBCT）can effectively and accurately measure and evaluate temporomandibular joint images before and after orthodontic treatment. In this article，the CBCT examination of temporomandibular joint and the relevant studies on the changes of temporomandibular joint before and after orthodontic treatment with CBCT in recent years were reviewed，in order to provide reference for developing and choosing clinical treatment plans.

摘要： 颞下颌关节可随正畸治疗进行改建，应用锥形束CT（cone beam computed tomography，CBCT）可有效、准确地对正畸治疗前后颞下颌关节影像进行测量分析。文章就颞下颌关节的CBCT检查及应用CBCT对正畸治疗前后颞下颌关节变化的相关研究做一综述，以期为临床治疗方案的制定、矫治方法的选择、治疗时机的确定等提供一定参考。
