Abstract: Squamous cell carcinoma of the floor of the mouth not only has the common features of oral cancer，but also has unique characteristics，on of which is the metastasis of cervical lymph nodes at the early stage. Some clinical and histopathological features have been demonstrated to be predictive factors of cervical lymph node metastasis of the floor-of- mouth carcinoma，such as the depth of invasion，perineural invasion，lymphovascular invasion and others，and several forms of neck dissections  are applied based on the involvement status of cervical lymph nodes metastasis in these patients.

摘要： 口底癌既有口腔癌的共性，又有其独有的特点，早期颈淋巴结转移即是其中之一。部分临床病理特点，如肿瘤浸润深度、神经浸润、脉管浸润等是口底癌颈淋巴结转移的重要影响因素。基于淋巴结转移的不同状况，有几种颈淋巴清扫术常用于这些病变的处理。
