口腔鳞癌组织中人β-防御素-1、-2、-3表达水平及其与临床TNM分期关系研究

Abstract:

Objective    To investigate the expression level of human β-defensin -1,-2 and -3 in OSCC and its relationship with clinical TNM staging. Methods    Immunohistochemical staining was adopted to test the expression of hBDs in OSCC tissues. The stain grades were evaluated to represent the expression levels. The correlations between the staining grades of hBD-1,-2 and -3 were statistically analyzed and the correlations between the staining grades of hBDs and the TNM stages of OSCC were further analyzed. Results    There was a significantly positive correlation between the staining grade of hBD-1 and that of hBD-3 (P < 0.01). There was a significantly negative correlation between the staining grades of hBD-3 and the TNM stages (P < 0.05). Conclusion    The expression levels of human β-defensin -1,-2 and -3 in OSCC influence each other,suggesting that the expression livel of hBD-3 is related to the clinical staging of OSCC. The expression level of hBD-3 in OSCC could decrease along with the increasing TNM stage.

摘要:

目的    初探口腔鳞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)组织中人β-防御素(human β-defensin,hBD )-1、hBD-2、hBD-3的表达水平及其与临床TNM分期的关系。方法    采用免疫组化染色法,检测60例OSCC组织中hBD-1、hBD-2和hBD-3的表达,评价其染色分级及表达水平,统计分析hBD-1、hBD-2和hBD-3免疫组化染色分级之间的相关性,并进一步分析OSCC组织中hBD-1、hBD-2和hBD-3染色分级与临床TNM分期之间的相关性。结果    OSCC组织中hBD-1与hBD-3 的染色分级之间呈显著正相关(P < 0.01),hBD-3的染色分级与临床TNM分期之间呈显著负相关(P < 0.05)。结论    OSCC组织中hBDs的表达水平之间存在一定的联系,互为影响;hBD-3表达水平与OSCC临床TNM分期之间存在相关性,随着TNM分期的增加而降低。
