Abstract: With the development of technology，laser has been widely used in dentistry. The most frequently used laser in caries management is Er laser. It is minimally invasive，gentle and without vibration，providing satisfactory treatment experience for patients. Nowadays，there has been new development in the operating principle and clinical effect of it. Under different laser energy parameters，it can be used to perform tissue cutting and tissue management and achieve different effects. In this paper，we focus on the basic and clinical studies of Er laser in caries management，in order to provide references for the future study design and clinical practice.

摘要： 随着技术的进展，激光被广泛应用于口腔临床。在龋病治疗中，最常应用的是铒激光，其能实现选择性去腐，且过程温和、无振动，可为患者提供良好的就诊体验。近年来，对于铒激光在龋病治疗中作用原理和临床疗效的探讨有了新的进展，不同能量参数下，铒激光可进行组织切割和组织处理，实现不同疗效。文章对近年来铒激光在龋病治疗中的基础和临床研究进展做一综述，以期为后续研究设计及临床实践提供参考。
