Abstract: Objective    To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of incomplete caries removal method in the treatment of deep caries. Methods    Pubmed，Embase，Cochrane library，CNKI，Wanfang and other databases were searched for relevant literatures on deep caries treatment. Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the difference in the clinical effects of the incomplete and complete caries removal in the treatment of deep caries，and to further analyze the clinical effects of partial caries removal and gradual caries removal in the treatment of deep caries. Results    Thirteen  related literatures were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with the complete caries removal method，the incomplete caries removal method （including the partial caries removal method and the gradual caries removal method） significantly reduced the risk of pulp exposure in the treatment of deep caries（P < 0.05），while there was no significant difference in the occurrence of post-operative pulp lesions or restoration failures（P > 0.05）. Conclusion    The incomplete caries removal method is more conducive to the protection of pulp vitality in the treatment of deep caries，and it is recommended to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.

摘要： 目的　评价不完全去龋法治疗深龋的临床效果。方法    计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane library、知网和万方等数据库，查找治疗深龋的相关文献。通过Meta分析评价不完全去龋法与完全去龋法治疗深龋临床效果的差异，并进一步分析部分去龋法、逐步去龋法治疗深龋的临床效果。结果    共纳入13篇相关文献。Meta分析结果显示，在深龋治疗中，与完全去龋法相比，不完全去龋法（包括部分去龋法和逐步去龋法）的术中牙髓暴露风险显著降低（均P < 0.05），而术后牙髓病变和修复失败发生情况无明显差异（均P > 0.05）。结论    不完全去龋法治疗深龋更有利于保护牙髓活力，建议在临床中推广应用。
