Abstract:

Objective　To systematically assess the correlation between smoking and the risk of peri-implantitis，so as to offer scientific basis for health education and preventve decision. Methods　A literature search was performed in Pubmed，Embase，Cochrane Library，CNKI，Wanfang，VIP and SinoMed database to collect the case control studies on the correlation between smoking and peri-implantitis. Two reviewers independently screened the literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria，extracted the data，assessed the quality，and then conducted Meta-analyses on the included studies by using RevMan 5.3 software，with calculation of the OR value and 95%CI. Results　A total of 9 case control studies involving 3674 cases were included. The quality assessment indicated that studies were generally of high quality. Meta-analyses showed that compared with non-smokers，there was increasing possibility of peri-implantitis in smokers［OR = 2.93，95%CI：2.19～3.91，P＜0.05］. Conclusion　There is a positive correlation between smoking and periodontal inflammation，smoking is one of the risk factors of peri-implantitis. Smoking increases the risk of peri-implantitis by 1.93 times compared with non-smoking patients

目的　系统评价吸烟与种植体周围炎发病的相关性，为进行人群健康教育和预防决策提供依据。方法　　计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane library、中国知网（CNKI）、万方、维普、SinoMed等数据库，查找吸烟与种植体周围炎发病风险的病例对照研究，由2名评价员独立按照纳入与排除标准选择文献、提取资料和评价质量后，采用RevMan5.3软件对符合纳入标准的研究进行Meta分析，合并其比值比（OR）和95%可信区间（CI）并对发表偏倚进行漏斗图分析。结果　共纳入9个病例对照研究，包含3674例患者。方法学质量评价结果显示纳入研究总体研究质量较高。Meta分析结果显示，与不吸烟人群相比，吸烟人群发生种植体周围炎的可能性显著增加［OR = 2.93，95% CI：2.19 ～ 3.91，P＜0.05］，吸烟组和非吸烟组种植体周围炎发病率差异有统计学意义。结论　吸烟与种植体周围炎发生呈正相关，是发生种植体周围炎的危险因素，相对于不吸烟的种植患者而言，吸烟使种植体周围炎发生风险增高了1.93倍。
