EDTA预处理牙本质对自酸蚀粘接效果影响研究进展

Abstract: Self-etching bonding is widely used by clinicians because of its shorter application time and fewer operation steps. At present,the bonding system does not require clinicians to prepare a specific cavity configuration,that is,it has enough immediate bonding strength,but the long-term stability of bonding is still unsatisfactory. Treatment of smear layer and preservation of hydroxyapatite on dentin surface are the keys to improving the strength and stability of self-etching bonding. The mild demineralization of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)makes it possible to be used as a pretreatment agent for self-etching bonding. However,whether EDTA pretreatment of dentin surface can improve the strength and stability of self-etching bonding remains controversial. In this paper,the effects,the related factors and mechanisms of EDTA pretreatment on the self-etching bonding are reviewed,which  is aimed to provide reference for improving the strength and the long-term stability of self-etching bonding.

摘要: 自酸蚀粘接因操作时间短、操作步骤少而广泛应用于临床。目前,粘接系统已不需要特定的洞型,即可有足够的粘接强度,但粘接的长期稳定性不佳。玷污层的处理和牙本质表面羟基磷灰石的保存是提高自酸蚀粘接强度和稳定性的关键。乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)温和的脱矿模式使其作为自酸蚀粘接的牙本质预处理剂成为可能。但EDTA预处理牙本质表面是否可提高自酸蚀粘接强度及稳定性,仍存在争议。文章就EDTA预处理牙本质对自酸蚀粘接效果的影响、相关因素及机制做一综述,为提高自酸蚀粘接强度及长期稳定性提供参考依据。
