Abstract: Granulomatous cheilitis （GC） is a chronic disease of the lips，characterized by plump and swollen lips. The swelling of the lips seriously affects the beauty of the patients and the disease attracts more attention. It is a manifestation of oral and facial granulomatous disease （OFG）. The cause of GC is not clear. At present，there are few detailed reports on the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of GC. This paper expounds the etiology，clinical evaluation and treatment of GC in order to provide some theoretical guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of GC.

摘要： 肉芽肿性唇炎（GC）是一种唇部的慢性疾病，以唇肥厚肿胀为主要特征，因唇肿严重影响患者的美观而受到重视。GC是口面部肉芽肿病（OFG）的一种表现，其病因尚不明确。目前关于GC临床特征和治疗方法的详细报道较少，文章通过对GC的病因、临床评价和治疗等进行阐述，以期能为GC的临床诊断及治疗提供一定的理论指导。
