摘要：

儿童重症脑炎惊厥性癫痫持续状态是危及生命的急症之一。近年来对惊厥性癫痫持续状态的管理已经有了新的认识，与传统观点相比，不仅惊厥的时间窗与定义发生了改变，而且一些新型药物的使用也取得了良好疗效。本文着重介绍关于惊厥性癫痫持续状态的定义和治疗的新进展。
