Abstract    Due to concerns regarding surgical safety and oncology, the development of laparoscopic surgery in the field of gallbladder cancer has been relatively delayed. Particularly for stage T3 and above gallbladder cancer, there is significant controversy surrounding laparoscopic surgery. In the context of comprehensive treatment, the rapid development of internet video teaching and virtual reality-based laparoscopic training systems has shortened the learning curve for laparoscopic gallbladder cancer surgery. Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy reduces tumor burden, thereby decreasing tumor activity. Postoperative adjuvant therapy eliminates potential micro-metastases and reduces the chances of intraperitoneal dissemination. Consequently, the status of laparoscopic surgery in gallbladder cancer should rightfully be elevated.

摘要： 出于对手术安全性及肿瘤学的担忧，腹腔镜手术在胆囊癌领域的发展较为滞后，尤其对于T3期以上的胆囊癌，腹腔镜手术争议性非常大。综合治疗时代背景下，互联网视频教学、基于虚拟现实技术的腹腔镜培训系统的迅猛发展明显缩短了腹腔镜胆囊癌手术的学习曲线；术前新辅助治疗使肿瘤降期减荷，减少了肿瘤活性；术后辅助治疗有可能消除潜在的微小转移灶，减少腹腔播散机会。因此，腹腔镜手术在胆囊癌中的作用值得进一步探索和评价。
