Abstract    Standard radical surgery based on TNM staging is the most critical treatment for resectable gallbladder cancer. The modern medical imagelogy and rapid frozen section pathological examination offer ways to perform accurate preoperative and in-process evaluation, including T staging evaluation, lymph node metastasis evaluation, resectable evaluation, and intraoperative staging evaluation. Moreover, accurate evaluation improves treatment decisions and patient outcomes.

摘要： 基于TNM分期的手术策略是胆囊癌获得治愈的唯一机会。通过影像学检查、术中快速冰冻切片病理学检查等方法进行精确的术前术中评估，包括T分期评估、淋巴结转移评估、可切除性评估及术中再次评估，有助于治疗决策的确定、改善病人预后。
