Abstract    Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD) has difficult skills and high risk of complications, and the key points of the operation should be paid attention. Focusing on the surgical technique, questions for the new procedure, training for the surgeons, and making LPD feasible and safe, the standard approach based on the view of laparoscopy should be established, and a well-organized team should be carried out with strict training.

摘要： 腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术（LPD）手术难度大、风险高。术者对其难点和风险须充分认识。针对手术技术、新技术开展、LPD能手培养三方面难点，为顺利开展LPD，手术团队必须建立适合LPD视野特点的标准化手术流程，再组织攻关团队，对术者及团队进行严格的培训。
