Abstract    Intraoperative bleeding is one of the main reasons for conversion to laparotomy in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy, which is characterized by difficulty in observation and exposure, difficulty in disposal, and a long technical learning curve. It is suggested that only by knowing well the characteristics of endoscopic hemorrhage, distinguishing vascular anatomy, classifying and treating hemorrhage in different scenarios, and making a good team and technical reserve, can the operation be successfully completed.

摘要： 术中出血是腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术中转开放手术最主要原因之一，其具有观察和暴露困难、处理困难、技术学习曲线长等特点。熟知腹腔镜手术中出血特点、明晰血管解剖、分类分场景处理出血、做好团队和技术储备，才能安全防范和处理出血，顺利完成手术。
