Abstract    With the global outbreak of COVID-19，the research on the theory and practice of "One Health" is imperative.Meanwhile，the pattern and the connotation of medical education should be timely changed.In particular，the transformation and adjustment of the surgical training under the concept of "One Health" should be carried out in advance.We have to give importance to the surgical history，medical humanities，spiritual and cultural heritage of the hospital and department during the surgical training.And we want to change the surgeons from simple scientific research type into comprehensive abilities with public health knowledge，translational medicine theory and clinical research.We also hope them go out of the country and take the lead of academic exchanges in the era of internet and We Media.These up here will become the innovation for surgical training in the near future.

摘要： 在全球范围内新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发之际，“全健康”理论与实践研究势在必行，而医学教育的模式和内涵也要适时转变，尤其是在“全健康”理念下的外科医师培养模式转型和方向调整更要未雨绸缪，先行一步。重视外科历史人文教育，医院精神和科室文化的传承，具备包括公共卫生知识在内的多学科综合素养，并完成由“科研型”向“转化型”和“研究型”外科医师的转型，同时具备国际化视野，能在互联网、自媒体时代掌握学术交流的主导权，都将成为未来外科医师培养的创新模式。
