Abstract    Objective    To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic transabdominal partial extraperitoneal (TAPE) hernia repair for scrotal hernia in the elderly patients. Methods    The clinical data of 11 elderly patients with scrotal hernia who underwent TAPE from March 2016 to December 2017 in the Department of Geriatrics, the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University were retrospectively analyzed, which included perioperative situations, postoperative complications and follow-up. Results    The operation duration of 11 patients as 30-40 minutes. Oral feeding and postoperative activity were resumed 4-6h after surgery. Postoperative hospital stay was 2 days. Postoperative analgesic was not used and no infection, seroma and scrotal swelling was witnessed in 2 weeks. There was no recurrence, chronic pain and numbness during 4-26 months of follow-up. Conclusion    TAPE is convinient and potential for the treatment of scrotal hernia in the elderly patients.

摘要：

目的    探讨腹腔镜经腹腔部分腹膜外疝修补术（TAPE）治疗老年阴囊疝的临床应用价值。 方法    回顾性分析2016年3月至2017年12月中南大学湘雅二医院老年外科应用TAPE治疗11例老年阴囊疝的临床资料，观察手术情况、术后并发症及随访情况。 结果    11例病人手术时间为30~40 min，术后4~6 h进食及下床活动，术后住院时间为2 d。术后无须使用镇痛药物。术后2周内无感染、血清肿及阴囊肿胀发生。术后随访4~26个月无复发、慢性疼痛及局部麻木。 结论    使用TAPE方法治疗老年阴囊疝，方法简捷，具有应用潜力。
