Abstract    Hernia repair has developed for more than one hundred years and got great achievement. Tissue repair, a kind of classical operation, although with the disadvantage of high recurrence,is still popular in many hospitals. Mesh is a double-edged sword, which reduces tension in surgical site and recurrence as well as eases operative manipulation, however brings intractable infection ,damage to organs and chronic pain in the other hand. It is caused by learning curve of surgeons and xenobiotic character of mesh. No matter  tissue or mesh repair, hernial surgeons deserve training to recognize precise anatomy, standard manipulation and right mesh implantation.

摘要：

疝修补手术经过一百多年以来的发展，取得了良好的效果。组织缝合是疝修补传统的经典手术，虽然存在复发率高的缺点，但至今仍未被摒弃，在许多方面有一定的优势。补片材料虽然能减少修补部位的张力，使手术步骤简化、减少术后复发，但却是一把双刃剑。补片带来的感染、器官损伤、慢性疼痛日益增多，这与疝外科医师的手术学习曲线、补片的异物性质相关。但无论是组织缝合还是补片修补，疝修补手术需要强调规范的专科培训，做到精准解剖、规范化手术步骤、正确选择和放置补片，才能更好的服务于广大病人。
