Abstract:

Influence of hospital quality management on prevention and treatment of perioperative venous thromboembolism          QIN Jing. Department of General Surgery, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Shanghai 200032, China
Abstract    Venous thromboembolism(VTE) is one of the causes of unexpected death in hospital, and also an important index of hospital quality management in recent years. Appropriate hospital management efforts and interventions would be highly effective on reducing the incidence of perioperative VTE. However, the prophylactic methods for VTE from the perspective of hospital management are not fully implemented in China. Summarizing the foreign hospital management methods, finding the key to prevent and cure VTE in our country during the perioperative period, and strengthening in-hospital education combined with a variety of interventions simultaneously are effective ways to manage perioperative VTE prophylaxis in the hospital. By comparing the domestic and foreign gap in the level of thrombosis prevention management and the advanced methods and experience of foreign hospital management, surgeons should actively explore the problems encountered in hospital management and clinical practice, and from the hospital management level promote the prevention and treatment of hospital VTE, establish a complete scientific quality management process, maximize the clinical application of the guidelines recommended standardized diagnostic measures, reduce the incidence of VTE and the burden of medical care, in order to make more patients benefit.

摘要：

静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）是院内围手术期病人非预期死亡的原因之一，也是近年来医院质量管理的一项重要指标。合适的管理手段和干预措施对于降低围手术期VTE发生率具有积极作用，而目前我国医疗管理上对于VTE预防措施还存在很多不足。对比国外医院管理方法，总结与发现我国围手术期VTE预防的关键环节，加强院内宣教，联合使用多种干预措施是围手术期VTE预防的有效管理手段。通过比较国内外围手术期血栓预防管理水平上的差距及原因，借鉴国外医院管理的先进方法与经验，积极探讨我国医院管理和临床实践中遇到的问题，从医院管理层面推动院内VTE的防治，建立完整、科学的质量管理流程，将指南推荐的标准化诊疗措施最大限度地应用于临床，可降低VTE的发生率，减轻医疗负担，使更多病人获益。
