Abstract:

Development of diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer from clinical trials：experiences of 88th Annual Meeting of The Japanese Gastric Cancer Association                 SUO Jian. Department of Gastric and Colorectal Surgery, First Hospital of Jilin University, Changchun 130021, China
Abstract    The 88th annual meeting of the Japanese gastric cancer association was held on 17th -19th Mar, 2016 in Japanese. The meeting released the revised contents of Japanese Gastric Cancer Treatment Guidelines (ver.5) and Japanese Classification of Gastric Carcinoma 15th edition. The meeting also presented and discussed the latest results of Japanese and international clinical trials on the endoscopic treatment and laparoscopic surgery of early gastric cancers, the safety, effectiveness and the extent of lymphnodes dissection of advanced gastric cancers, and also the perioperative comprehensive treatment of gasrtric cancers. The meeting had an important influence on the diagnosis and  treatment of gastric cancers not only on Asia but also on the world.

摘要：

2016年3月17-19日，“第88届日本胃癌学会年会”在日本召开，会议主要公布了针对第15版日本《胃癌处理规约》及第5版《胃癌治疗指南》的修订内容，同时分别在早期胃癌的内镜治疗和腹腔镜手术治疗、局部进展期胃癌的腹腔镜手术治疗的安全性、有效性和手术范围以及围手术期综合治疗等领域分享了日本和国际最新的临床研究成果，并进行了深入探讨，对亚洲乃至全世界胃癌的诊治具有重要意义。
