Abstract    Precision surgery is a novel concept in the 21st century， which aims to maximize clearance of the lesion， preservation of the organ function, and control of the surgical damage using cutting-edge techniques. The idea of precision surgery is reflected in terms of surgical timing, surgical planning and strategy, perioperative management, and prediction of postoperative recurrence. With the infiltration of the concept， precision surgery for CD will be more individualized and maximize patients’ benefits while treating the disease.

摘要： 精准外科是21世纪的新理念，旨在通过前沿技术来最大程度达到病灶清除、器官保护和损伤控制的目的。精准外科对克罗恩病（CD）治疗的指导主要体现在手术时机的把握、手术方案与策略的制定、围手术期管理以及术后复发的预测方面。随着精准外科理念的深入，CD的手术治疗将更为个体化，在治疗疾病的同时实现病人最大获益。
