Abstract    In recent years，with the continuous development of Optics and imaging technology，indocyanine green（ICG）fluorescence imaging technology has been widely used in hepatobiliary surgery，especially in the accurate positioning of liver tumors，liver segment labeling，hepatectomy section guidance，cholangiography and bile leakage detection.ICG fluorescence imaging technology makes up for the shortcomings of laparoscopic technology to a certain extent，provides better conditions for laparoscopic hepatectomy，and shows a good application prospect in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of biliary surgery.

摘要： 近年来，随着光学及成像技术的不断发展，吲哚菁绿（ICG）荧光显影技术在肝胆外科中得到广泛的应用，尤其在肝肿瘤精准定位、肝段标记和肝切除切面引导、胆道显影、胆漏检测等方面的优势得以体现。ICG荧光影像技术在一定程度上弥补了腹腔镜技术的不足，为腹腔镜肝切除技术提供了更好的条件，并在胆道外科精准诊疗中展示了良好的应用前景。
