Abstract     Not only should the young doctors learn well basic theories，basic knowledge，basic skills，and serious attitude，strict requirements，meticulous methods，we should also develop good professional ethics and humanistic literacy. Young doctor are making strenuous efforts to contribute to the heritage and development of PUMCH.

摘要：

青年医生在成长中应重视“基础理论、基本知识、基本技能”的培训，做到“严肃的态度、严格的要求、严密的方法”，提高临床水平；更要重视职业道德、人文素养的学习和培养；面对新形势下的新挑战，应不忘医者初心，牢记治病救人使命，以病人为中心，勇于付出，为祖国医疗卫生事业的发展和人民的健康努力贡献自己的一份绵薄之力。
