Abstract    In recent years, medical artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly entered the public view for the application in image, pathology and decision-making. It has also gradually become a popular and propagable technology in the surgical field. Realizing the sustainable career development, surgeons are called to shift ideas, apply innovations, insist on transitions, standardize practice principles and strengthen the cross-domain cooperations, which are the biggest challenges and opportunities in the era of AI. How to adapt to the coming era of artificial intelligence, where big data come from, how to choose and apply AI experience, what is hindering the promotion of AI, which surgeons tend to be eliminated, how to deal with the ethical and legal issues, whether AI is always the best answer to solve medical problems, all these questions are worthy of surgeons' explorations and reflections.

摘要：

近年来，人工智能医疗已迅速进入人们视野并在智能影像学、智能病理学、智能决策等方面得到应用，在外科领域也已逐步成为一项可普及、可推广的技术。转变工作理念、接受智能技术、加强转型学习、规范医疗行为、鼓励跨域合作以实现职业生涯的可持续发展，是人工智能医疗带给外科医生最大的挑战和机遇。外科医生如何适应人工智能时代的来临、医疗大数据从何获取、如何选择和利用人工智能经验、推广人工智能医疗可能面临的障碍、哪些外科医生更容易被时代所淘汰、如何应对人工智能可能引发的医学伦理和法律问题、人工智能是否是解决医疗难题的最佳答案？这些方面都将是值得外科医生探索与思考的问题。
