Abstract    Pancreaticoduodenal injury is a rare intra-abdominal organ injury. Once happened，it often combines with other serious organ damage，endangering the lives of patients. Pancreaticoduodenal injury is a complicated and severe illness. There is a certain degree of difficulty of diagnosis and treatment. The key element to achieve good prognosis is dependent on early pancreatic injury prevention，early diagnosis and standard treatment in a timely manner.

摘要：

胰十二指肠损伤是一种少见的腹内器官损伤，而一旦发生，常合并较严重的其他器官损伤，危及病人生命。胰腺十二指肠损伤病情复杂而危重，诊断和治疗均有一定难度，取得良好预后的关键在于对胰十二指肠损伤的预防、早期诊断和及时规范化治疗。
