Abstract    Thyroid nodule is a quite common disease. The indication for its surgery should be measured discreetly，and the patients should not be overly inspected or treated. To avoid unnecessary the second operation，the surgeons should choose a proper surgical extent and post operational substitutional thyroxin dosage. For the retrosternal goiter，appropriate surgical route should be weighed. Last but not least，since the endoscopic surgery has been applied in thyroid nodules more and more frequently，a unified standard should be established to restrict it.

摘要：

甲状腺结节是临床常见病。外科手术必须严格掌握手术指征，杜绝过度检查与过度手术治疗。为了避免二次手术，应合理选择手术方式与积极的术后甲状腺素的替代治疗。对胸骨后甲状腺结节的外科治疗要合理选择手术入路。要规范腔镜技术在甲状腺结节治疗中的应用，建立必要的规章制度。
